What is NETELLER?

NETELLER is a provider for online payments. They offer a secure site where you can open a free account and then transfer funds from a range of payment methods. Once you open your free NETELLER account, you can deposit, withdraw and transfer funds to the many online merchants that accept NETELLER online payments.

ECash Direct is pleased to offer you two methods of depositing to your ECash Direct account using NETELLER:

  1. Regular NETELLER: using funds already available in your NETELLER account
  2. NETELLER instaCASH: using NETELLER Instant Funds Transfer service if you do not have available funds in your NETELLER account

There is no charge for depositing to your ECash account using NETELLER. As an additional bonus, if you use NETELLER instCASH you could deposit via NETELLER without paying your standard NETELLER deposit fees. See the InstaCash section at the end of this page for more details.

Registering a NETELLER Account

Depositing with NETELLER into ECash Direct 1. Visit the ECash Direct screen in your online merchant and click Deposit. 2. Choose NETELLER. 3. Select NETELLER deposit or NETELLER instaCASH. 4. Enter the amount you would like to transfer from your NETELLER account to your ECash Direct account. 5. Important: In order to avoid additional charges, please choose the currency of your existing NETELLER account 6. Enter your NETELLER Account and Secure ID (and Bank Account # if you have selected instaCASH). 7. Click Proceed. 8. Review your transaction and click Confirm. Approved funds will immediately be credited to your ECash Direct account for immediate use. *note: only one NETELLER account is available per ECash Direct account.

If you have a NETELLER account you can deposit into your Cashier Account (ECash Direct):-

  1. Visit the ECash Direct screen in your online merchant and click Deposit.
  2. Choose NETELLER.
  3. Select NETELLER deposit or NETELLER instaCASH.
  4. Enter the amount you would like to transfer from your NETELLER account to your ECash Direct account.
  5. Important: In order to avoid additional charges, please choose the currency of your existing NETELLER account
  6. Click Proceed.
  7. Enter your NETELLER Account and Secure ID (and Bank Account # if you have selected instaCASH).
  8. Review your transaction and click Confirm.

Approved funds will immediately be credited to your ECash Direct account for immediate use.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

Current deposit limits are displayed within the Transaction Terms Summary on the ECash Direct deposit pages. There is a maximum to how much you can deposit and withdraw per transaction - NETELLER determines the maximum per transaction limit and ECash Direct determines the maximum funds available for withdrawal.
You must have successfully made a deposit to your ECash Direct account using NETELLER before you can withdraw using NETELLER. The NETELLER account used to make the deposit will be used in processing withdrawals. If you've previously deposited funds to your ECash Direct account by credit card and/or NETELLER, your withdrawal will be applied to your credit card first - up to your original credit card purchase amounts, and then to your NETELLER account.
We will continue to use the currency you selected for your Neteller account until you advise us otherwise. Withdrawals via NETELLER are permitted beyond original NETELLER deposit amounts. Your NETELLER Secure ID may be required in order to authenticate the transaction from ECash Direct to NETELLER. Certain information may be required in order to secure the transactions.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your NETELLER transactions with your ECash account. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your NETELLER deposits and withdrawals are recorded and reported on your ECash Direct statement.

NETELLER deposit transactions are displayed on your ECash Direct statement as NTD for deposits, and NTW for withdrawals.

International

NETELLER is available to people worldwide. ECash Direct accepts all NETELLER accounts at this time.

How do I perform a NETELLER deposit if the currency of my NETELLER account is different from my ECash account?

  1. Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the currency of the Casino you are playing on (your ECash account)
  2. If this is you first transaction, please tell us the currency of your NETELLER account
  3. Click submit to continue to the next page
  4. Provide us with your NETELLER account information and confirm your request
  5. ECash will forward your request to NETELLER for processing
  6. Upon successful confirmation from NETELLER:-
    • ECash will credit your ECash account the amount you requested and
    • NETELLER will debit your NETELLER account with the converted amount

How do I use the no fee instaCASH offered through ECash?

In order for us to pay the instaCASH fee on your behalf, you must initiate the instaCASH transaction in the Cashier. To do this:

  1. Simply select NETELLER instaCASH in the Deposit Information section of the deposit page and enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Proceed. If your deposit amount exceeds your NETELLER account balance, all or part of the money owing will be withdrawn from your bank account through InstaCASH. If funds are withdrawn from your bank account, the minimum amount transferred will be 10.00 USD.
  2. Provide us with your NETELLER account information and confirm your request.

Please note that if you perform the instaCASH transaction in your NETELLER account, these funds will be treated as "Funds already available in your NETELLER account", and we will be unable to pay the instaCASH fee.
