ECash Direct offers account holders the use of debit cards for deposit and withdrawal. Debit card funds are available for immediate use and withdrawals are permitted in excess of original deposits.

When registering your debit card for use, the following information MUST match:

• The mailing address you provided upon your account registration must match your debit card statement billing address; and,
• Your full name must match the name on the debit card. Do not use initials or nicknames in any account.

All users are required to become registered users of the ECash Direct.

Accessing the Register/Change Card Screen

To access the Register/Change Debit Card screen click the Register/Change Card button from the ECash Direct screen.

Registering your Debit Card

Now that you are viewing the Register/Change Card screen you need to enter several pieces of information to register your debit card:

1. From the ECash Direct screen, click the Register/Change Card button
2. Debit Card Type (Laser, Delta, Solo, Maestro, or Visa Debit)
3. Debit Card Number
4. Expiry Date (month, year)
5. Issue Number
6. Start Date

Click on the Apply button to finalize the registration. If you experience any problems please contact us.

Processing Rules

Debit card registration generally takes one minute to complete. Please note, during this registration process, a transaction will be authorized to your debit card. This transaction is automatically debited back to your debit card. Some banks may show this charge while others do not. Depending on your bank the funds should be available back to your card within 2-5 business days.
