You can view a statement of your recent ECash Direct transactions online. You can also print a statement of ECash Direct transactions from the previous month quickly and easily.
Accessing the Statement ScreenTo view your current statement, click the Statement button from the ECash Direct screen. You can view up-to-date information about your recent transactions since your previous monthly statement. You can also review your monthly statement by clicking the Monthly Statement link on the screen. You can print the statement screen at any time by clicking the Print Statement link at the top left of the ECash Direct Statement screen.
Printing or Viewing the List of Operational CodesEvery type of ECash Direct transaction is identified by its own operational code. This is basically a shortened name used to describe the type of transaction.
You can view the list of ECash Direct operational codes by clicking on the Operation Code link displayed on the title of the statement.
You can also print this list of ECash Direct Operational Codes. To print this list, click the Print button at the top of the ECash Direct Operational Codes screen.
Processing RulesTransactions are generally completed within one minute.
Transaction ReportingIt is important to keep a record of all of your Monthly Statement transactions. To help you maintain these records, you should be aware that these transactions are recorded and reported on your ECash Direct statement.
Statement transactions are normally displayed on your ECash Direct statement as STA.
