Withdrawing Funds Using Citadel

To withdraw funds from your ECash Direct account to your bank account using Citadel, simply follow these steps:

1. Click the CASHIER button.
2. Click WITHDRAW.
3. Select CITADEL as the desired withdrawal method.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (your request will be processed using the same Citadel account information used for deposit).
5. Click PROCEED.
6. ECash Direct will process your request next business day.

Withdrawal Limits

The Citadel account that was used to make the first deposit to your ECash Direct account must be used for all future deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawals are restricted with (1) a minimum withdrawal amount per transaction and (2) a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction. However, Citadel funds previously deposited must have cleared before they can be withdrawn from your ECash Direct account.

It is important to keep a record of all your Citadel deposits and withdrawals. Citadel withdrawal transactions are displayed as CTW.
