Withdrawing funds by Credit Card
- In the ECash Direct screen click the Withdraw button.
- Choose By Debit/Credit Card from the Withdrawal Method drop-down box.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the Amount box.
- Click the Proceed button.
- In the confirmation screen choose Confirm to complete the transaction.

If you deposit funds to your ECash Direct account by credit card and you would like to withdraw funds from your account, you must first withdraw these funds by credit card - only after this point can other methods of withdrawal be requested.
As an added security measure, your complete credit card number is never displayed on this withdrawal screen. Asterisks (the * symbols) are used in place of most of the numbers within your credit card. A part of the number is displayed to allow you to review and verify the actual card being used to make the withdrawal.

Processing RulesTransactions are generally completed within one minute of being entered.
The withdrawn funds are transferred to your credit card immediately. Depending on the bank/credit card that you use, they will post your funds to your account within the next 3 to 5 business days.
There may be a small fee per transaction for using this service. Please visit the Transaction Terms Summary section of the Credit Card withdrawal page for more details. This fee is waived for customers with a balance less than 20.00 USD (US currency account) or 20.00 GBP (Pounds Sterling currency account) or 20.00 EUR (Euro currency account) and withdraw the entire balance.
Transaction ReportingIt is important to keep a record of all of your credit card withdrawals. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your credit card withdrawals are recorded and reported on your credit card statement and your ECash Direct statement. Credit card withdrawal transactions are normally displayed on your credit card statement as ECash Direct. Credit card withdrawal transactions are normally displayed on your ECash Direct statement as CCW.
Credit card withdrawal fees are normally displayed on your ECash Direct statement as CCI.
Currency ConversionFor Credit/Debit Cards, we provide you with the option of withdrawing in your own currency.
We provide a competitive exchange rate, presented upfront in the payment method interface. Should you choose to pursue this service, the transaction will be processed on your payment method immediately using the exchange rate provided. In case you would like the payment provider to perform the currency exchange for you, the transaction will be posted to your card when processed by your issuing bank while the exchange rate and any additional fees will be determined by your issuing bank.
