Withdrawing funds by Debit Card
  1. Click the Withdraw button from the ECash Direct Screen
  2. Choose By Debit/Credit Card from the Withdrawal Method drop-down box.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the Amount box.
  4. Click the Proceed button.
  5. In the confirmation screen choose Confirm to complete the transaction.

As an added security measure, your complete debit card number is never displayed on the withdrawal screen. Asterisks (the * symbols) are used in place of most of the numbers within your debit card. A part of the number is displayed to allow you to review and verify the actual card being used to make the withdrawal.

Processing Rules

Transactions are generally completed within one minute of being entered. The withdrawn funds are transferred to your debit card immediately. Depending on the bank that you use, they will post your funds to your account within the next 3 to 5 business days. There is no fee for using this service.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your debit card withdrawals. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your debit card withdrawals are recorded and reported on your debit card statement and your ECash Direct statement. Debit card withdrawal transactions are normally displayed on your debit card statement as from ECash Direct. Debit card withdrawal transactions are normally displayed on your ECash Direct statement as CCW. All applicable fees will appear as CCI.

Currency Conversion

For Credit/Debit Cards, we provide you with the option of withdrawing in your own currency.

We provide a competitive exchange rate, presented upfront in the payment method interface. Should you choose to pursue this service, the transaction will be processed on your payment method immediately using the exchange rate provided. In case you would like the payment provider to perform the currency exchange for you, the transaction will be posted to your card when processed by your issuing bank while the exchange rate and any additional fees will be determined by your issuing bank.
