Balance
Your Balance equals the total amount of funds in your ECash Direct account. Your Balance consists of:
- All cleared funds;
- All pending funds (i.e., funds that have not yet been received by ECash Direct);
- Promotions (e.g., a Match Bonus) ; and
- All your funds currently in play
Available for Withdrawal Amount
Your amount available for withdrawal will always be less than or equal to your Balance. Your amount available for withdrawal is calculated as follows:
Balance - (pending funds)1 - (promotions)2 - (funds currently in play)3 = Available for Withdrawal Limit
1 Dependent on the payment method(s) by which you deposit funds.
2 Where promotional wagering requirement(s) are not yet satisfied.
3 Money you currently have reserved for playing.
Note: Funds won through the wagering of pending or promotional funds are not included in your Available for Withdrawal Limit until the pending or promotional funds are no longer on hold.
Please note that for certain bonuses, the amount of your original deposit will be held from withdrawal until wagering requirements have been satisfied. Please review the "My Promotions" tab for more detail.
Your Available for Withdrawal funds can be used as follows:
- Withdraw;
- Transfer; and
- Wager in all games (including Poker rooms and tournaments).
If there are no pending funds in your account (i.e., all funds have cleared), you have met all the promotional wagering requirements (e.g., a Match Bonus received in a Casino cannot be wagered in Poker until wagering requirement has been met in the Casino), and you are currently not playing any games, then your Balance will equal your Available for Withdrawal Limit.
