ECash Direct NETELLER Withdrawals

Withdrawing to your NETELLER account is simple. From the Cashier choose 'Withdraw' and follow the steps below:-

Select NETELLER from the withdrawal options provided.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw to your NETELLER account.
Click Proceed.
Click Confirm or to cancel the transaction, click Cancel.
The final screen will provide confirmation of your transaction.

If your Cashier account (ECash Direct) is in a different currency to your NETELLER account, the withdrawal will be converted into the currency of your NETELLER account. The currency of your NETELLER account was set on your first ECash deposit using the NETELLER service.
Once the withdraw has been processed it will be credited to your NETELLER account. Please refer to NETELLER's main site for the withdrawal options that are available.

*note: only one NETELLER account is available per ECash Direct account.

Processing Rules

NETELLER may charge you a fee per transaction for using this service. Please visit the Transaction Terms Summary section of the NETELLER Terms page for more details.
There is no charge for customers who have a £ GBP ECash account. We charge $1 USD or €1 EUR for a withdraw to NETELLER for ECash accounts that are USD or EUR. Our processing fee is waived for customers with a balance less than 20.00 USD (US currency account) or 20.00 EUR (Euro currency account) and withdraw the entire balance.

Withdrawal Limits

The maximum amount you can withdraw to NETELLER is set by the limits applied to your NETELLER account, please refer to NETELLER's Terms for details.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your NETELLER transactions with your ECash account. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your NETELLER deposits and withdrawals are recorded and reported on your ECash Direct statement.

NETELLER withdrawal transactions are displayed on your ECash Direct statement as NTW. The NETELLER withdrawal fees are displayed on your ECash Direct statement as NTI.
